Round of invitations for Western Australia
The Western Australian State Nominated Migration Program’s latest Invitation Round (October) has been released.
- In the most recent Invitation round, invites were issued starting at 60 points.
- The qualifications for WA State and Regional Sponsor were updated earlier this year.
The SNMP (State Nominated Migration Program) in Western Australia has two streams:
- Stream in general
- Stream for Graduates
Graduate Stream is divided into two categories.
- Graduates of Higher Education
- Graduates of Vocational and Training Schools (Qualifications starting from Certificate III)
The Advantages of a Graduate Stream in Western Australia
- Applicants must have proper qualifications and courses from Certificate III and above.
- Starting at 65 points, invitations are sent (including State and Regional Sponsor)
- In the WA Graduate Stream, there are over 100 occupations available, including IT, Engineering, Trade, and many others. Visit https://www.racc.net.au/occupation-lists/ for further information.
- Some occupations have a one-month waiting list (from EOI Effect date)

SNMP General Stream is a type of SNMP protocol that allows you to (WASMOL Schedule 1):
- EOI Points: Invitations are sent out starting at 70 points.
- For subclass 190, the number of invitations is 44.
- The total number of invitations for subclass 491 is 26.
SNMP General Stream is a type of SNMP protocol that allows you to (WASMOL Schedule 2):
- EOI Points: Invitations are sent out starting at 65 points.
- 319 invitations were sent out for subclass 190.
- 411 number of invitations for subclass 491
Graduates of Higher Education SNMP Graduate Stream
- EOI Points: Invitations are sent out starting at 75 points.
- 361 invitations were sent out for subclass 190.
- 291 invitations were sent out for subclass 491.
Graduates of Vocational Education and Training (SNMP Graduate Stream)
- EOI Points: Invitations are issued in increments of 100 points.
- Subclass 190: Number of Invitations: 24
- 59 invitations were sent out for subclass 491.
