Overseas applicants now have access to 70 new occupations

An additional 70 positions will be available to applicants already residing offshore to handle South Australia’s COVID recovery response starting tomorrow (Tuesday 28 September 2021).

The following are the basic qualifications for state nomination:

• Work experience in the occupation or a closely similar occupation of at least 8 years is required, as well as a bachelor’s degree.
• A level of English proficiency + (general IELTS score of 7 or higher, PTE score of 65 or higher)

The South Australian Skilled Occupation List will detail all of the requirements for each occupation.
